Grange tops list of 2017 Brisbane property hotspots

Grange takes the equal top spot as Brisbane's 2016/2017 hotspot for investing in houses with an expected increase of five percent over the next 12 months.

The median price at Grange is currently $820,000, according to APM, in their forecast developed by APM senior economist, Dr Andrew Wilson.

An example would be a five bedroom house currently being sold for over $899,000 at 97 Lanham Ave, (above) which is $79,000 above the median price.

Similarly a five bedroom house was sold for $870,000 at 45 Sellheim Street, (above) which is $50,000 above the median price.

The Smart Investor magazine, published by Fairfax Media, ranked Manly as equal best hotspot.
