"Exactly what the market has been seeking": Inside Lune Main Beach, the epitome of luxury living in Main Beach
Boutique apartment developer Alroe is currently delivering the most luxurious apartment project in Main Beach right now.
Different to what would be classed as a typical apartment development, the residences at Lune have been designed to be more like exclusive villas, with just six apartments in the building, located on the fringe of Broadwater and only a short walk from Tedder Avenue.
Lune marks the latest milestone in Alroe’s reputation as a leader in low-density developments. With over 13 years of experience across South East Queensland, Alroe has delivered exceptional homes under its own brand, as well as for other developers, through its in-house construction arm, Alroe Constructions.
We recently visited the Lune site and spoke with Tye Alroe about the project, alongside NPA Projects Director Andrew Erwin, who is overseeing the sales and marketing of the apartments.
“We designed this architectural building to truly bring the outside in,” Alroe said, adding that the structure's half-moon design was inspired by the ebb and flow of the tides in Main Beach.
The apartments at Lune start from nearly 300 sqm and each have three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, and three parking spaces.
Both of the ground-level apartments, and the two two-level penthouses, each have their own private swimming pools.
Andrew Erwin says Lune delivers exactly what the Main Beach market has been seeking.
“Main Beach is evolving into a luxury destination with a growing demand for boutique, high-quality residences like these,” Erwin explained.
Construction is well underway, with the building set to top out by Christmas 2024 and handovers expected by mid-2025.
Not since The Monaco, which all-but sold out several years ago, has there been an opportunity to buy something of this luxury and scale in Main Beach.
