Alderley's average time for a townhouse is 74 days on market: Investar

Alderley is the Queensland suburb with the fastest selling time for a townhouse, according to Investar’s latest market report.

The property investment firm states that the average time that townhouse at Alderley will spend on the market is 74 days.

This is followed by Rochedale South with 76 days and Bardon with 79 days.

For the median price of $579,000 at Alderley an investor can purchase a three bedroom townhouse such as the one at 53 Frederick Street (above) that was sold recently for $583,000.
