A contemporary family home over three levels in Prahran, Victoria has been sold for r $6.46 million by online auction. 

It was sold by Anthony Grimwade and Jack Edgar of RT Edgar Toorak

The resort-style home at 52 Murray Street is situated on 620sqm of land, positioned in one of Prahran's wide tree-lined streets next to Victoria Gardens. 

The ground floor comprises multiple living and dining zones opening to outdoor entertaining. 

The first level comes with four bedrooms including one with ensuite, plus a further central bathroom and rumpus or media room. 

The whole upper level is occupied by the master bedroom with ensuite, parent's retreat and balcony with city and garden views. 

The home also features CBUS system, security intercom, alarm and garaging for three cars. 

It is situated within a short stroll to Hawksburn Village shops, restaurants and transport. 

The property was only on the market for 10 days, according to Anthony. 

It was last sold in 2007 for $500,000.
