Nightcliff cheapest locality in NT to buy a unit: Investar

Nightcliff is the cheapest locality in the Northern Territory to purchase a unit, according to Investar’s latest report.
According to the property investment firm, the median unit price at Nightcliff has fallen by 22% from $270,000 to $210,000.
This is followed by Sadadeen with $239,000 and Gillen with $272,500.
