Rosehill's annual median unit price up 27% annually: Investar

Rosehill is the top suburb in New South Wales with the highest annual median growth in four years for small units, according to Investar’s market report.

The property investment firm says that in the last four years Rosehill’s average annual median growth has increased by 27%.

This is followed by Nambucca Heads with 20% and Ryde, Blacktown and Rozelle all with 17%.
