The fifth level apartment at 3511/30 Hollins Street was renovated in 2018. 

It comprises master bedroom suite, three additional bedrooms, designer gourmet kitchen, theatre room and multiple balconies. 

The 294sqm apartment overlooks the iconic Refinery Building and the Brisbane River. 

It is located within a short walk to Powerhouse Theatre, New Farm Park and the village. 

Brett Greenshill and Andrea Crossan of McGrath Estate Agents New Farm had the listing. 

The property was last sold in 2005 for $3.1 million.
