Median Melbourne dwelling price around $566,000: CoreLogic

The median dwelling price in Melbourne is $566,000, up from $475,000 five years ago, according the December 2016 Housing Affordability Report from CoreLogic.

The median dwelling value across Melbourne now costs 7.1 times the median annual household income, according to CoreLogic.
