Location Location Location tonight: Semi-rural retreats

Tonight's episode of Location Location Location Australia proves that relaxing retreats aren't always so relaxing to purchase.

Airing tonight at 8:30 on the Lifestyle Channel, the episode follows Veronica's efforts to help couple Julian and Nazreme, two correction officers.

The couple are looking for a rural property where they can raise their baby Lincoln close to his two half brothers in New South Wales' Camden.

They're after an "architecturally interesting" house with four or more bedrooms and two bathrooms, with a minimum of one acre of space.

Their maximum budget of $1 million has Veronica doubting that they can get the rolling country estate they're after.

Meanwhile, Bryce is helping out serial renters Briony and Max, IT professionals who live in North Melbourne. The couple is after a sea change, and want to make their weekend getaways permanent.

They're keen on Phillip Island, and are after a three to four bedroom house with plenty of outdoor space where they can entertain. Briony and Max don't mind a home they have to renovate, and they have a budget of $400,000.

As always, tonight's episode promises to showcase the compromises buyers must make on their quest to find a new home.
