A waterfront home with harbour views in Sydney's Lower North Shore has been sold for $6 million. 

The five bedroom, three bathroom residence is situated at 18 Brooks Street, Linley Point

It offers gourmet island kitchen, enteriners' balconies, rumpus room, home cinema, wine cellar and two car space. 

The home also features swimming pool, wet bar, gym, gas fireplace and water views. 

Nestled on a 749sqm block, the home is set in a cup-de-sac with private access to the waterfront. 

Tracey Dixon and Brent Courtney of McGrath Hunters Hill sold the property.

It was last sold in 2016 for $4.366 million.
