Kangaloon's Wongawilli scheduled for October auction

Wongawilli, the uber contemporary Kangaloon barn-like weekender of architect Peter Stronach and interior designer Tim Allison, has returned to the market, this time for October 10 auction.

It has been listed through Ian Rayner Real Estate, inconjunction with Bob Guth at BradfieldCleary, with $2 million expectations.

The unusual two-storey residence sits on a 15 hectare parcel of land in Trig Station Lane, one of the most elevated precincts of the Southern Highlands.

Designed by Stronach and furbished by Tim Allison Associates, Wongawilli has three bedrooms and a large living area with underfloor heating that apparently can be used only in off-peak hours.
