Downsizing Jan Logan, who recently celebrated 28 years as one of Australia's most sought-after jewellers, has snappily sold her Paddington terrace.

The three level terrace has been her home since paying $533,000 in 1993.

Denise Cameron at Raine & Horne had it listed in conjunction with Georgia Cleary at BradfieldCleary who expected around $3 million.

Logan, born in outback Narrabri, opened her first boutique in Double Bay in 1989 after having gone into business with Narrabri's main jeweller.
