Former Miss Universe Jennifer Hawkins tweeted she’d finally sold her Coogee residence last Thursday.

"WoW. The property market in Sydney is tough but I'm SO excited to have been one of the lucky ones," she advised, along with a photo of the sold real estate sign.

The property has been on the market since October last year with Hawkins and her fiance Jake Wall having moved out of the Moore Street townhouse with plans to relocate to the northern beaches.

They were hoping for $2.6 million at its December auction. The townhouse sale price hasn’t been officially revealed through McGrath agent Adrian Bo, amongst all the subsequent media reports. But the townhouse that cost $2.27 million in 2009 apparently fetched a tad less, at $2.22 million.
