HiLife Health boss Peter Nicholas lists in Darling Point
The HiLife Health and Beauty boss Peter Nicholas, and his partner Belinda Rudd are seeking $10 million in the expressions of interest campaign for their Darling Point apartment.
They paid $8.25 million in 2014 for the apartment that consists of more than 400sq m over one level.
It was bought from Sydney FC chairman Scott Barlow.
The apartment has four bedrooms, a home office, home gym, cinema and a waterfront terrace.
Nicholas had previously created Skin Doctors, which was sold in over 48 countries, before he divested the company.
In 2009, Nicholas made model Jacinta Campbell the face of his number 1 selling make-up brand, Nude By Nature.
The couple, now looking for a house with a backyard in Sydney's east, have its listed through LJ Hooker Double Bay agent David Malouf.
