Fresh listings nationally up 4.9%: CoreLogic RP Data

Fresh listings nationally are up 4.9% when compared to the same time last year, with 44,753 properties advertised over the last 28 days, according to CoreLogic RP Data.

CoreLogic RP Data's latest Property Pulse found Sydney had the largest increase in new listings when compared to last year at 19.0%.

New listings are up in Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Canberra and lower in Perth, Hobart and Darwin and total stock levels  down 0.3% nationally and up 1.7% across the combined capital cities.
