Five-bedroom Wahroonga house sold for $3.5 million

A five-bedroom, three-bathroom house in Wahroonga has sold for $3.5 million. 

The Burns Road property features wraparound entertainer's terraces, with level lawn area behind a sliding security gate.

The ground has a natural stone, gas heated and glass wrapped pool. 

The 1,098 sqm property has two levels showcasing a lounge room, a family or media room and a large dining area adjoining the kitchen. 

Built in 2016, it was last sold for $3.06 million through Ray White Upper North Shore in 2017. 

A five-bedroom, three-bathroom house on Morris Avenue sold earlier this month for $2,420,000, and a five-bedroom, five-bathroom property also on Burns Road sold for $8,350,000 last week, reports Realestate.com.au.
