Entrepreneur Sean Satha, founder of sunglasses company Local Supply, has sold his contemporary Paddington terrace for $3.135 million.

The architecturally designed three level home at 66 Sutherland Street overlooks Trumper Park and has four bedrooms and two bathrooms

Satha paid $1.83 million in 2014 for the home.

Before Local Supply, Sean had been an engineer and investment banker.

The idea for the sunglasses, designed to be worn to any event, came when Sean broke a pair of his sunglasses at a Sunday session at his local pub. The sunglasses had cost Sean a week's rent.

Model Kate Peck who broke the glasses went on to become a brand ambassador for Local Supply.

It was passed in at recent auction.
