Elizabeth Gaines secures $3.57 million Cottesloe apartment

Kevin Manuel and Elizabeth Gaines, the newly appointed CFO to Andrew 'Twiggy' Forrest's mining company Fortsecue Metals, are ready to settle in Perth.
The confirmation comes after the couple listed their Sydney northern beaches base.
It was the gated community home built by model and Myer ambassador Jennifer Hawkins and builder husband Jake Wall at North Curl Curl.
Gaines and Manuel have spent $3.57 million on a luxury three level apartment near Cottesloe beach.
The apartment in the block of just four was designed by the award winning architect Blane Brackenridge and comes with interiors from New York designers Al Martinez of Interior Management and Greg Wright.
