The penthouse in the Chevron Renaissance in Surfers Paradise has hit the market, just days after a nearby apartment set a new Gold Coast penthouse record.

The tower two northern penthouse has been listed for $4.495 million by its owner, retirement village developer Peter Puljich who bought off the plan in 2007.

The property is listed through Tolemy Stevens of Harcourts Luxury — Prestige Specialist. 

The penthouse features Versace style furniture.

“In this market it’s a fair price, it’s probably a discounted price,” he told the Gold Coast Bulletin.

The 2481/23 Ferny Avenue offering is on the 48th and 49th floors.

The top level features a large swimming pool

The record $9.5 million was by property development company owner Ron Bakir, who spent several million dollars turning what was a floor of ex-Raptis Group offices into a luxe penthouse.

It was listed at $12.5 million selling after Kollosche Prestige cut the asking price. to $9.95 million.
