Brisbane home values increase 1.9% over quarter: CoreLogic RP Data

Brisbane home values increased by 1.9% over the September quarter, according to CoreLogic RP Data's October Housing Market Update.

CoreLogic RP Data research director Tim Lawless said Brisbane's home values over the September quarter are 4.6% higher than the same time last year, with capital gains more moderate than those made in Sydney and Melbourne with houses up 4.9% and units 2.1%.
