It took the better half of a year to sell the home following an initial asking price of $3.3 million which was later reduced to $3.25 million.

The four bedroom, five bathroom house is situated at 1/94 Monaco Street.

Jay Helprin and Michael Kollosche of Kollosche Prestige Agents sold the 2019 built home.

Spanning 634 sqm across four levels, this architecturally designed industrial abode boasts bespoke finishes throughout.

Just two days after it sold on December 11 2019 the home was listed for rent seeking at $3250/pw.
