Brand director James Watts is seeking a treechange and has listed his Paddington apartment for August 11 auction.
Watts, who has worked as an art director for Mission Impossible II, is seeking $1.25 million for the unit he has renovated after paying $825,000 in 2013.
Watts said he added a contemporary aesthetic keeping the authenticity of the Art Deco heritage.
