A Gunya Beach, Bundeena estate known as Vitamin Sea has been sold ahead of its mid December auction.

As of yet, the sale price has not been revealed for the five bedroom, three bathroom house.

It holds 240-degree views sweeping over Port Hacking, the city and beyond.

Situated at 5 The Avenue, John Schwarzer and Laura McKay of Highland Property Agents Cronulla marketed the property.

The bespoke abode sits on a 700 sqm landholding and features waterfront facilities including a sandstone boatshed and sandy beach.

Vitamin Sea was listed as a rental in 2008 seeking $750/pw.

The home last sold for $2 million in 2009.
