Bayview is the most expensive locality in Northern Territory to purchase a house, according to a recent Investar report.
The property investment report says that the median price of a four bedroom house in Bayview is $900,000.
This is followed by Muirhead with $725,000 and Humpty Doo and Lyons with $700,000.
