A beachfront trophy home in Aspendale, Victoria has been sold for $3.45 million.

The eight bedroom, three bathroom house is situated at 54 Nepean Highway

Sitting on a 1,149 square metre block, it features views of the beach from both levels.

The house is located close to railway stations, cafes, shops and restaurants. 

Garry Donovan and Simon Wendt of Hockingstuart MENTONE sold the property. 

The house was last sold in 2016 for $3.5 million.
