Laurent, a new architect-designed home in Paddington, Queensland, recently sold.

It was designed by one of Brisbane's leading architects Joe Adsett Architects and developed by Graya and Frank Developments.

Set on a 625 square metre block, Laurent at 44 Reading Street was sold by Matt Lancashire and Josh Brown of Ray White New Farm.

The home comes with six large bedrooms, kitchen with walk-in pantry, outdoor entertaining area, rooftop terrace with city views and courtyard.

Other features include swimming pool, lift access, outdoor kitchen, 19 street frontage, and five car accommodation.

The elevated design on a sloping street offers an open aspect across the valley unimpeded by neighbours.

The home is close to Rosalie Village, Given & Latrobe Terrace shopping precinct, Paddington Centre and Suncorp Stadium. 

It was sold for $1.15 million in 2018 and $732,000 in 2012.
