AMP Capital opens $670m Pacific Fair on Gold Coast

AMP chief executive officer Craig Meller and City of Gold Coast Mayor Tom Tate opened AMP Capital's Pacific Fair shopping centre on the Gold Coast following a $670 million redevelopment.

Construction began January 2014 with 50,000 square metres (sqm) added to the existing centre. At 155,000 sqm Pacific Fair the fourth largest shopping centre in Australia with around 420 stores.

The last stores are slated to open September 2016.
