Following yesterday's announcement of cuts to its budget, the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC) will undertake a comprehensive review of all its property holdings.

The portfolio is estimated to be worth about $700 million.

Already is has been decided Lanceley Place, Artarmon in Sydney, will be sold.

It is not yet known if the building or just the carpark will be sold.

It was maintained because it houses the ABC helicopter, sets and wardrobe storage and the ABC outside broadcast vans, which are also to be phased out.
