Tennis champion Sandon Stolle, the former No.2 world doubles player and son of the legendary Fred Stolle, has sold his Curl Curl home for $2.75 million.

Now coaching for Tennis Australia interstate, he and wife Margot had owned the hilltop location overlooking the beach since 2007 when they paid $2,075,000.

The tri-level house on Gardere Ave has four bedrooms, three bathrooms and two double garages, with dual street access.

There is room for a pool on the 540 square metre holding that was offered through James Smyth at Smyth Estate Agents with a $2.75 million guide.
