Chadwick Models founder moves to Waterloo warehouse conversion
Retired founder of Chadwick Models, Peter Chadwick, has sold his apartment in a luxury over-55s Woollahra complex with plans to move to the heart of the foodie scene at Danks Street, Waterloo.
The still hip Chadwick has spent $1,275,000 on a 2015-built, two-bedroom apartment in an award-winning project designed by SJB Architects for Made Property Group.
His north-facing apartment in Emanuel Gardens had been on the market for four months before Raine & Horne Double Bay agent Jane Schumann secured its sale.
She was asking $1.45 million for the two-bedroom apartment.
