Norman Mighell, managing director of IT services business Interlink Corporate Services, and his wife, Amanda, are downsizing from their Japanese-inspired home.

The four-bedroom Wahroonga home designed by architect Ed Lippmann in 2001 has been listed with $4.6 million hopes for its December 8 auction.
