The 64th level apartment has been scheduled for February 18 auction.

It last traded in 2013 at $3.2 million when bought from Juniper.

It has been operating as a holiday let for the last 18 months. It could be booked for a week for around $12,000.

Kollosche Prestige agent Jordan Williams told the Courier Mail he expects it to sell in the first quarter of the year.

The Soul building is the second highest tower in the Gold Coast, only second to nearby Q1.
