The new mum and former super model Megan Gale continues and partner Shaun Hampson appear to have exited the property market.

They have been sellers for a few years now across three capital cities.

They recently sold their Melbourne home (below) securing a bullish $2,967,000 earlier this year in Aberfeldie for their modern home overlooking the Maribyrnong River.

The designer five bedroom home with fully imported Italian kitchen had cost Gale $2,375,000 in 2013.

There was a sunken lounge with fireplace.

Gale is living with her partner of six years, Richmond AFL footballer Shaun Hampson and their son River and daughter, Rosie May Dee Hampson, who was born in September.

The couple now give their address as a Malvern East rental (top) which was up for lease at $1400 a week.

It is a 1890's slate roofed and block-front Victorian cottage with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a study and a family room.

It opens to an award winning designer garden with deck and pool.

Her rarely used Palm Beach retreat on Sydney's Northern Beaches was sold last year for $3 million, having been bought in 2007 at $3.2 million.

The judge on Australia's Next Top Model sold in Tamarama in 2012 for $3 million and let go of her former Bondi Beach home in 2007 for $1,025,000, after she returned from her seven-year modelling stint in Italy.

Gale recently signed off on the $515,000 sale of one of the family's property in her hometown Perth.

It had been in the co-ownership of Megan, mother May and late father Alan since 2005 when they paid $332,000.

May Gale has recently sold her Attadale home, south of Perth, initially seeking $1.3 million but then resisted at $1.19 million.

Gale has barely been back home since she won a modelling competition at 18 in her home town.

Hampson, who was injured during the Richmond Tigers premiership wining season, sold his Attwood, Melbourne home in 2012 for $450,000.

He has recently taken a shareholding in the trendy Ascot Food Store in Moonee Ponds in partnership with foodie David Stewart.

The business was formerly a rundown Spanish deli which Cameron Wilson and David Stewart took over.

Australia's Next Top Model has been tipped to return for an eleventh season, but according to Sydney Confidential, Foxtel bosses have declined to confirm any casting details for the new series.

Judges Alex Perry, Jennifer Hawkins and Megan Gale have all previously said they would like to return for another season.
