Juicy Design director Tom Williams sells in Paddington

Juicy Design director Tom Williams and wife Belinda have sold in Paddington for a stellar $7.1 million.

Steve Koolloos of MCK Architects designed the five bedroom home on Paddington Street, after leaving only the facade and one side wall from its days as an ordinary Victorian terrace.

It's a big result for the Williams clan who paid $2.8 million in 2013.

Ben Collier at The Agency sold the home before auction after having an ambitious guide of $6.5 million. 

A three-storey high untouchable gum tree in the garden is viewed from the north-facing rear living room that also overlooks a glass-fronted plunge pool.
