Entrepreneur David Baird buys in Surfers Paradise
After selling his Cronin Island home, Summer House for $11 million, entrepreneur David Baird and wife Marion have quickly bought back into the Surfers Paradise market.
They spent $7 million property on Commodore Drive for a five bedroom, six bathroom home on 1124 sqm. It has a floor area of more than 800 sqm which Ray White agent Robert Graham listed in 2014 with $9 million hopes.
Spread over four levels, the canal-front home has a 16 person elevator.
“Everything about our new home is smaller," he told the local paper.
