Like contestants Kingi and Caro who advertised their apartment as 2/1A Affleck Street, Suzi and Vonni's agents Nikki McCarthy and Glen Countinho of R T Edgar have also advertised their listing as 4/1A Affleck Street, suggesting it is 'formally known as 4/1-5 Commercial Road.'

The property is up for auction Saturday November 21.
