Fresh listings down across combined capital cities: CoreLogic RP Data

Fresh listings across the combined capital cities are down 6.4% when compared to the same time last year, according to CoreLogic RP Data.

CoreLogic RP Data's latest Property Pulse found nationally the number of new listings is 5.5% lower than last year, with 48,247 dwellings put on the market over the four weeks ending 25 October.

Sydney listings are up 0.3%, Canberra 3.7%, Perth down 22.4% and Darwin fell 22.4%.
