166 Gertrude pre-sales released soon in Fitzroy

Melbourne developer Kalex will release pre-sales late September of their 26 apartment project 166 Gertrude in Melbourne's Fitzroy.
166 Gertrude will include 26 one-, two- and three-bedroom residential apartments, priced from $580,000 to $2.2M, with a 600sqm retail space on the ground floor.
Construction is due to commence 2016.
