The top five properties attracting the most interest on realestateVIEW.com.au this week are a mixture of those with development potential, trophy mansions and smart buys for potential investors.
 
The property generating the most clicks through realestateVIEW.com.au last week was a potential development site at 17 Marriott Parade Glen Waverley.
 
The home, set on 1538 sqm of land, is offered up as an opportunity to build a four storey apartment complex. It sold through Freeman Li and Tony Ievoli from Barry Plant Glen Waverley.
 
 
 

The second most clicked property on realestateVIEW.com.au is a  brand new property located at 10 Lauren Close, Gol Gol, for sale at $490,000. 

The four bedder with a massive family room and study nook features 9ft ceilings and spotted gum timber floors throughout.

The third most clicked house on realestateVIEW.com.au this week is an expressions of interest for a Kew trophy home. 

The property, 25 Barry Street Kew, Victoria, is a five bedroom mansion for sale through Sam Wilkinson and Scott Patterson of Kay & Burton Hawthorn.

 

The fourth most clicked property for the last week is 3/16 Cromdale Street Mount Martha, Victoria, listed for sale between $590,000 and $650,000. It is for sale through Sam Danckert of Abode Mt Martha.

The fifth most clicked property on realestateVIEW.com.au this week is a single level Victorian home with three bedrooms at 137 Male Street, Brighton, Victoria.

The property sold at auction last week through Barb Gregory and Jason Collie of Marshall White Brighton.
