Aussies expect weekly rents to rise: CoreLogic RP Data

The majority of Australians polled for a recent survey consider rental rates will rise over the coming year and expect an increase of less than 5%.

Only 9% of respondents surveyed for the CoreLogic RP Data Nine Rewards Consumer sentiment survey are expecting rents to fall during the same period.

CoreLogic indices data show weekly rents across three of Australia’s capital cities tracking backwards over the past six months.
