Bootmakers Cottage, a four bedroom historic cottage in Hunter Hill, NSW has recently been sold for $3.01 million. 

It was sold by Matthew Ward and Claire Ward of Ward Partners. 

The circa 1867 at 10 Figtree Road was owned by French entrepreneur Didier Joubert, politician Francis Abigail and then a fruit grower's wife and a warder.

The cottage has been extended to a larger floor plan including four bedrooms, living and dining opening to the verandah, landscaped gardens and two car parking. 

Other features include central hallway, swimming pool, storage areas and brick facade.

The property is situated within close proximity to schools, cafes, eateries and public transport. 

It had last sold for $1.85 million in 2007.
