Thank you for your enquiry! Answers to your questions below.

There are some apartments still available from ground floor to the top floor; some with district and park views others with desirable aspects.
Strata will depend on your exact unit but as a guide a one bedroom would be about $600 per quarter while a two bedroom would be about $750. How many bedrooms are you thinking of for your self?
Usually car spaces are purchase on the same contract of sale as the apartment. However if you would like another or additional car space I am confident we can arrange something for you.
Like most premium projects the apartments have storage space.
The strata is currently in draft as the apartments are not yet finished the contract of sale will have all the details you need. Would you like to meet on site and we can discuss these further?
