Matrix Development Australia Pty Ltd is the Australian division of Matrix Concepts Holdings Berhad (MCHB).
MCHB has been operating as a public listed property developer in Malaysia since 1996. In less than two decades, the group has not only flourished in the property development sector, but also branched out into other industries, such as construction, education and hospitality.

In June 2016, Matrix launched its first foray into the Melbourne market with the development of M.Carnegie. Comprising 52 low rise boutique apartments, M.Carnegie is situated on 1,885 square meters of land, just 15km away from the heart of Melbourne, with convenient access into the city via public transport.
