A unique opportunity to live in apartments of unparalleled quality, situated in the leafy interior of Melbourne’s highly sought-after Domain Precinct. Meticulously crafted in collaboration with Italian architecture firm MORQ, 49 Walsh Street, South Yarra reflects a distinctly European perspective applied to a modern Australian context.
The design centres on natural light, geometry and materiality—a relationship explored in great detail and depth to arrive at a building of uncompromising form. The emotive quality of MORQ's work is perfectly distilled in this unique project with a preference for pared-back geometry over embellishment, texture over colour and emphasising the surrounding garden landscape.
Born out of the subtle consolidation of tactile materiality, spacial flexibility and natural light, the 49 Walsh Street interiors redefine luxury and elevate living to provide comfort over many years.
With state-of-the-art appliances from brands such as Miele, Wolf and Liebherr, the interior details of each residence has been meticulously curated to blend elegance, precision, and sophistication - echoing the architectural language of these luxury homes.
Adjacent to the ornate facades of historic mansions and stately Victorian terraces, 49 Walsh Street is positioned as an exemplary addition to this esteemed area — a building that effortlessly becomes a part of Melbourne’s future architectural heritage.
