</ul>Australia’s biggest casino operator Crown Resorts has purchased the site at One Queensbridge with an expected 90 storey skyscraper approved by the City of Melbourne under the designs of <a href="https://www.urban.com.au/architects/wilkinsoneyre">Wilkinson Eyre architects</a> in collaboration with <a href="https://www.urban.com.au/architects/architectus">Architectus</a>.

One Queensbridge will rise above the Yarra River in the modern metropolis of Southbank to a height of 323 metres which will be the tallest in Australia to roof when completed.

The 90 floors will comprise of 708 one, two and three bedroom apartments including the highest penthouses in Australia to date, 388 hotel rooms with a pedestrian bridge linking to the Crown Promenade Casino and Resort located across the road.

The hotel will feature a truly unique special event space and a publicly accessible restaurant, lounge and garden terrace at the top of the tower.
