Sydney private treaty median house price hovers above $880,000: CoreLogic RP Data

The private treaty median price for a home in Sydney hovers above $880,000 with Melbourne at $565,000 and Canberra at $560,000, according to CoreLogic RP Data.

Unit median prices in Sydney are $670,000, Darwin $520,000 and Melbourne $460,000.
