New listings nationwide starting to level: CoreLogic RP Data

The total number of new listings nationwide is beginning to level, however they are still at a higher number than this time last year, according to CoreLogic RP Data.

The Housing Market and Economics update for August found a 10.1% increase in new national property listings over the last 12 months.
