What will Sydney’s median house price buy you around the country?
At $825,000, a median priced Sydney house is almost $200,000 more expensive than one in Melbourne, according to CoreLogic.
It’s more than double the median price of a Hobart home, and almost $300,000 more than a typical house in Perth.
