A fully tenanted refurbished corporate office building at Nunawading in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs has been sold by Ray White Commercial for $3 million.

The two level building at 1-3 Rooks Road, Nunawading, was sold to a local investor/developer by Brett Diston of Ray White Commercial Victoria on behalf of a private owner at a yield of 7.0%.

Mr Diston said the 840 sqm building is fully tenanted with Ray White Commercial and St John of God Accord holding five year leases for office tenancies on the ground floor.

“Level one is supported by three tenants who are all on three year leases and the building is currently returning net rental income of $210,000 per annum,” he said.

Mr Diston said the building had recently been refurbished with plenty of on-site parking available.
