Mosman ranks as most expensive Sydney surburb median: Investar

Mosman is the most expensive suburb in Sydney to currently buy a house in an active market, according to Investar’s latest report.

The property investment firm says that Mosman’s median house price increased by 28 percent last year to $4,250,000.

This is followed by Bronte with $2,950,000 and Killara with $2,850,000.

A five bedroom home at 35 Upper Almora Street (above) was sold recently for $4,620,000.

Similarly a five bedroom home at 12 Carrington Avenue (below) was sold for $4,700,000.
